Rules of the “Summer Vibes” competition
Article 1: Organizing company
The Sanctuary Group, simplified joint stock company, with capital of 139,733.00 euros, whose head office is located at 33 Boulevard Saint Martin, 75003 Paris, registered in the Paris trade and companies register under number 793 052 499, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.
The organizer is organizing a competition called “Summer Vibes”. All terms and conditions are described in these regulations.
The competition is valid for the Organizer's six brands: Le Cercle Boxing, Aqua by, Decibel, DRIP, Poses Yoga, Space cycle.
Article 2: Duration
The game runs from July 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to August 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. The French date and time of connection are binding.
Article 3: Conditions of participation in the competition
The game is open to any natural person over the age of 18 residing in France or abroad, excluding people who have directly or indirectly participated in the development of the competition.
The game is subject to a purchase obligation: the participant must have previously purchased credits, on one of the Organizer's websites or on the mobile application, credits allowing him to reserve and participate in a session.
The competition is unlimited in the number of entries per person.
Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative.
Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these regulations will result in the participant's participation being invalidated.
Article 4: Description of the game
To validate their participation, each participant must duly book online (on the application or on one of the organizer's 6 websites) at least one session in the organizer's studios and then participate in the period indicated in Article 1.
The more the participant books and attends the organizer's sessions, the more his chances of being drawn increase.
Article 5: Designation of winners
The organizer will designate 10 winners by drawing lots from among all the people who participated in the sessions, all brands combined.
One (1) draw per brand (Le Cercle Boxing, Aqua by, Decibel, DRIP, Poses Yoga, Space Cycle) takes place every week:

Each winner will be awarded a set of 2 sessions with a unit market value of €35 including tax.
Two (2) complementary draws common to the Organizer's six brands take place on:

Each winner will be offered a one-year subscription (with a market value of €20 including tax per week, corresponding to 1 session per week for 52 weeks).
Article 6: Delivery of grants and terms
The Organizer of the competition will only contact the winners drawn at random by email and will inform them of their prize and the methods of collecting them.
No mail will be sent to participants who have not won, only the winners will be contacted.
Winners must respond within seven (7) business days of sending this email and confirm their full contact details. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) working days following the sending of this email, he or she will be forfeited and will not be able to claim any compensation, prize or compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prizes will be awarded to an alternate designated during the draw for the session concerned. The winners must comply with these regulations. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these regulations, their prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organizer. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation.
Any false declaration, indication of identity or false postal address results in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer.
Article 7: Personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, participants in the competition benefit from the Organizer's right of access, rectification (i.e. supplementation, updating and locking) and withdrawal of their personal data. The personal information of participants is collected by the Organizer solely for the purposes of monitoring the competition, and is essential to participate in it.
Article 8: Liability
The Organizer cannot be held liable due to the impossibility of contacting each winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during its delivery. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors relating to the name, address and/or contact details communicated by people who participated in the competition. Furthermore, the Organizer of the competition declines all responsibility for all incidents which could occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person having parental authority. The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring liability. The Organizer disclaims all liability in the event of a malfunction preventing access and/or the smooth running of the competition, particularly due to external malicious acts. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular electronically in the context of participation in the competition or the determination of winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of these frauds before the competent courts.
Article 9: Applicable law and jurisdiction
These regulations, their application and their interpretation are governed by French law. Disputes likely to arise regarding the existence and/or validity and/or interpretation and/or execution hereof will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Pariscx Court of Appeal.
